This website has no patient account database or medical upload. Submitted business enquiries are stored in a private Firebase inbox. Request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@urgigo.com from the address used for your enquiry and include its approximate date or reference. Its optional browser preference is the motion setting. Remove it with your browser’s Clear site data control or change it through the footer.
Email correspondence
If you have sent a business email, contact info@urgigo.com from the same address to request access, correction or deletion of relevant correspondence. Identify the date and subject. Do not send identity documents or medical records to prove your request.
Limits and verification
The team may need to confirm that a request concerns your own information. Applicable lawful retention, security needs or active disputes may limit deletion. No fixed deletion deadline or automatic deletion system is claimed by this website.
Patient app and hosting accounts
Deleting website preferences does not delete patient-product records or your hosting platform account. Patient service account deletion must be implemented and described in the relevant product before public release. Hosting access and account requests must go to the hosting provider.
