Scope and operator
This notice covers the Urgigo informational website. Urgigo is a startup led by Binod Shaw, based at Debargaon, Kokrajhar, Assam 783370, India. Contact info@urgigo.com for privacy enquiries. The patient product and future live services need their own notices reflecting their actual processing before public launch.
Information on this website
You can browse without creating a patient account or uploading medical records. When you submit an online enquiry, we receive your name, email, optional organisation, enquiry type, message, consent acknowledgement and submission time. These are stored in Google Firebase Cloud Firestore for authorised team members to review, update and respond. Form drafts are not saved in browser storage.
Information you choose to send
If you send an email, the team receives the content, your email address and any information you include, to respond to your enquiry. Please avoid medical details, prescriptions, identity documents and patient information. Do not use this site for emergencies. Business communications should be limited to what is necessary for the enquiry.
Hosting and technical information
The hosting and access provider may process technical information such as IP address, request metadata, security logs and access-session information to deliver and protect the website. The website is hosted on Vercel. Google Firebase provides enquiry storage and administrator authentication. Google reCAPTCHA and Firebase App Check protect the enquiry endpoint from abuse. Rate-limit records use keyed hashes of IP and email identifiers rather than raw IP addresses and have a seven-day expiry; platform technical logs may follow their own retention policies. Urgigo has not added advertising pixels, analytics scripts, third-party font requests or embedded maps to the site. Provider retention and regional hosting arrangements must be confirmed before a broader launch.
Browser storage and preferences
This website stores only an optional-motion preference in localStorage when you change the motion setting. Public form drafts are not saved in browser storage. Administrator sessions use Firebase Authentication with tokens kept in page memory and end on reload or sign-out. Spam-protection providers may use their own security storage. Use, sharing and retention
Business enquiries are intended to be used for correspondence and follow-up, not patient profiling or advertising. Vercel, Google Firebase, Google reCAPTCHA and our email provider support delivery, security and correspondence. Enquiries remain in the private inbox until removed by an authorised administrator; there is no automatic enquiry-deletion schedule. You can request deletion at info@urgigo.com. Lawful retention obligations may apply; no data-localisation claim is made here.
Your choices and requests
For enquiries about information you have emailed, including access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of permission for optional follow-up or a complaint, contact info@urgigo.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant message without sending sensitive identity documents. Requests are subject to applicable law and lawful retention needs. Do not interpret this notice as a completed statutory compliance certification.
Children and health information
This is an informational website. It does not accept medical-service requests, collect live health information or implement a parental-consent workflow. Any public patient service involving children needs appropriate consent and safeguarding arrangements before release.
Updates
This notice describes the current development website. Material changes to forms, analytics, hosting, data collection or live services require a corresponding notice update. Last reviewed: 11 October 2026.
